Accident and incident investigation support by gathering evidence, interviewing relevant personnel, identifying root causes, and recommending corrective actions to prevent recurrence and improve workplace safety performance.

Support with gaining Construction Line , Safe Contractor, Achilles and CHAS accreditation.

 Assessing supplier health and safety compliance, reviewing documentation and qualifications, conducting risk evaluations, and ensuring suppliers meet the regulatory requirements before commencing work.  

 Support with the development, review, and implementation of health and safety policies and procedures to ensure legal compliance, promote best practices, and support a safe and efficient working environment. 

 Carry out health and safety legislation compliance gap surveys to assess how well an organisation meets its legal duties and identify areas where improvements are needed. This involves reviewing policies, procedures, documentation, and workplace practices against current health and safety legislation and recognised standards. 

  Provide support in the development, implementation, and maintenance of ISO management systems, helping organisations achieve and sustain compliance with standards such as ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001. This includes conducting internal audits, identifying gaps, recommending improvements, and supporting corrective actions to strengthen system performance. 

Provide Qualitative Face Fit Testing to ensure that tight-fitting respiratory protective equipment (RPE), such as disposable and reusable respirators, achieves an effective seal on the wearer’s face. The test assesses the fit of the mask using a taste or smell sensitivity method to confirm that the selected respirator provides adequate protection. 

Provide support to organisations during external enforcement action by regulatory authorities, helping to manage inspections, respond to improvement or prohibition notices, and ensure appropriate corrective actions are implemented. This includes reviewing compliance issues and supporting with your communication with enforcing bodies.

 Provide occupational health and wellbeing guidance to help organisations support the physical and mental health of their employees. This includes advising on workplace wellbeing initiatives, managing work-related stress, supporting absence management, and promoting a healthy and safe working environment. 

 develop and review employee health and safety handbooks, policies, and terms and conditions to clearly communicate workplace safety responsibilities & expectations. These documents are designed to ensure employees understand their legal duties, safe working practices.
